We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any products or services. No exceptions. This includes your NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT for all consultations with us.

If you are 30 minutes late to an appointment without notifying us, you will automatically be billed a $25 late fee. For no-shows, we will have to reschedule your appointment and you will be charge full cost of service.

Recognizing that everyone’s time is valuable, we ask that you provide a 24 hour notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. A client with three cancellations in a row risks being terminated from our practice. Thank you for your anticipated cooperation.
